The following are a set of terms and conditions that relate to our online shopping facility. They form a legally binding contract between us, Fairhaven H&V Services Limited, and you The Customer. It is very important that you have read through and fully agree with all of the below before placing your order.
Our sole interest in this site is to supply customers with the product they require, we therefore do not disclose any information supplied to us by you to any third parties. All information is collected for the purpose of Invoicing and Delivery and will not be sold on or used for any statistical purpose.
Prices / Products
The prices given on this site are for supply only and do not include installation, maintenance etc. Prices are valid only for online sales and reflect the low administration costs of such transactions. Prices and product specifications are subject to change at any time without prior notice. You will be invoiced using the prices given at the time of your order and will be advised if any additional costs are necessary to complete your order. While every effort is made to ensure you receive the exact product as shown on our site, we do reserve the right to supply you with a different product of the similar specification and quality if necessary.
Credit/Debit Cards: Goods will be despatched only when authorisation has been given for full payment by your card issuer.
Paypal: Goods will be despatched only when your payment has been successfully authorized.
In the event of any payment failure, you will be notified via e-mail and asked to provide an alternative method of payment before any goods are despatched.
Information provided on this site is intended to help you the customer in the selection of products suitable for your needs. While every care has been taken to ensure all information is correct we cannot accept any responsibility for any damage or loss to property, appliance or anything else affected by the selection of a product. For further guidance on choosing the correct type of installation and domestic product please refer to the relevant section of the relevant Building Regulations and Wiring Regulations (for the country or region where the product is to be installed).
Orders / Delivery Times
Our objective is to operate a same working day despatch service for orders received before 2pm. Orders received before this time will be processed on that day unless otherwise advised by e-mail. Delivery leadtime will depend on your chosen shipping option and the available services to your country or region. Deliveries are carried out by third party carriage companies and we are unable to guarantee any delivery services. We will l not be held responsible for any costs incurred by you as a result of delivery outside of the advertised timescale.

When you receive your order it is essential that you check thoroughly for damage before signing for the goods. If you sign for goods as “received in good condition” and later discover that they are damaged, we cannot process a claim through our carrier.
Our site is SSL secured, incorporating the necessary security measures to deal with credit/debit card payments and is designed with you, the customer’s security in mind. Returned goods policy and procedure:
Within 7 days of receipt of your order or 7 days receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer) from the Vent Store site, you may return it for a full or part refund. Please note: Non-faulty goods returned will be subject to a 25% handling charge. Faulty goods can be returned for a full refund.
Vent Store has the right to refuse the return of non-faulty goods that are not in pristine condition, or outside the warranty period. Items returned more than 28 days after delivery, or items in an unsaleable condition, or items missing parts, will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion. We regret we cannot accept items returned after 60 days unless they are returned by prior arrangement under a warranty claim.
All returns should be processed by first contacting us on either of the following: email@example.com or by phone on 02892 611648. A returns label and number will then be issued to enable you to return the goods.
Any complaints will be taken very seriously and we will make every effort to remedy the cause of such a complaint. If you have any complaints please contact us via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org , with the Subject Header: Complaints.
